Wade Comeaux is a seasoned professional in the real estate finance sector, currently serving as President and Founder of Catalyst Funding, LLC, since September 2014, and Investus Home Buyers since April 2012. Wade also holds the position of Manager at SecurityNational Mortgage Company, leading The Catalyst Group to meet the needs of real estate investors. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President - Mortgage Executive at Fifth Third Bank, President at Fay Financial, and significant roles at Bank of America, where Wade managed extensive teams in operations and sales. Wade's career began at Conseco as Regional Vice President and Norwest Financial as Credit Manager. Wade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from McNeese State University.
