Paul Gregory

Paul Gregory is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Securonix since August 2023. Previously, Paul held several senior leadership roles at Mitel from January 2015 to August 2023, including SVP, Chief People and Culture Officer, and Group Vice President of HR. Additional experience includes positions at Multiview Inc, CB Richard Ellis, Dell Inc., Marconi Wireless, Cisco Systems, Watson Wyatt, and Philip Morris, covering areas such as human resources, compensation, and global reward strategy. Paul holds a BScEcon in European Studies from Cardiff University and has studied French, Spanish, and Greek at Stonyhurst College.
