Lorraine Breen

Lorraine Breen currently serves as the Chief of Operations and a member of the Executive Board at Stichting SED Fund, where responsibilities include leadership and management to optimize the foundation's team and processes since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Programme Manager for the International and Power Programmes at the European Climate Foundation, where Lorraine managed strategy development, budget planning, and team coordination across multiple countries. Previous consultancy work at the Bernard van Leer Foundation involved independent evaluation, and earlier positions included business analyst at Eurojust and communications coordinator at The Health Foundation, focusing on project management and process improvement. Lorraine holds a Master's degree in Cultural Policy & Arts Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, History of Art, and Psychology from the same institution, supplemented by education from The Institute of Banking in Ireland.
