Gianluca Spinetti has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Gianluca started working at Elasis - Fiat Group in December 1998 as a Human Resources Manager and stayed there until May 2004. In June 2004, they joined Seda International Packaging Group as the HR - Organization & People Development Manager of Seda Italy until August 2007. From September 2007 to January 2012, they served as the HR Deputy Director of Seda Italy, and then became the HR Group - Organization & People Development Director from January 2012 to July 2015. Gianluca is currently working as the Human Resources Director of Seda Italy, Ipi, and Imballplast.
Gianluca Spinetti obtained a laurea degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II from 1993 to 1998.
