Sandro Follo

Sandro Follo is an experienced Project Manager in IT, currently working at Seda International Packaging Group since December 2022, focusing on the implementation of group-wide projects and future rollouts. Prior to this role, Sandro was a Process and Project Manager at Arcese from March 2018 to December 2022, responsible for bridging business requirements with optimal solutions, managing change processes, and overseeing project budgets, particularly in the Finance area. Sandro's career began at KPMG Italy, where from March 2008 to February 2018, progression from consultant to manager included process analysis and optimization across various sectors. Earlier experience as a SAP Consultant at Mate Consulting involved consultancy for mechanical and plant companies.
