Jill Skaggs

Jill Skaggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and outreach, currently serving as the Community Activities & Outreach Manager for Sedgwick County Government since April 2022. Previously, Jill held key roles at The Salvation Army, including Director of Emergency Social Services, where responsibilities included community engagement, funding acquisition, and program awareness. Jill's experience also includes positions at Paul Davis Emergency Services of Wichita as Operations Manager, and Wil-Ken Enterprises as Administrator, focusing on relationship development and operational efficiency. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University.
