Faisal Khan has two years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they began working for Sedna Consulting Group, a minority and woman-owned small business specializing in technology and staffing services. Theirrole was to support today's and tomorrow's workforce with their technology career search. In the same year, they also began working for XPDIRE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Technical Recruiter.

Faisal Khan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Barkatullah University in Bhopal.
