Neha Arnold (she/her)

Neha Arnold (she/her) has a wealth of work experience in various industries. In 2012, they began their career as a Product Pricing & Development Intern at Travelers. In 2013, they moved on to become a Risk Assurance Intern at PwC. In 2014, Neha became a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Teach For America, where they implemented a blended learning model with the use of Chromebooks, Google Suite, and Google Classroom. In 2016, they joined Deloitte as a Technology Consultant, where they supported clients in the government and public services sector with enterprise-level SaaS implementation and organizational transformation efforts. In 2019, Neha became a One Young World Ambassador. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Sedna Consulting Group, where they are working to create a more equitable technology industry.

Neha Arnold is a Goldman Sachs 10kSB Alumnus, having graduated in 2022. Neha holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Temple University, with a focus in Finance and Management Information Systems. Neha also attended Temple University, Rome. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Recruiting Talent with Social Media in October 2020, and Creating Change: Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry in September 2020.
