Spandan Das

Spandan Das is a Bachelor of Engineering student at UC San Diego with diverse experience in engineering and development. Currently serving as an LNG Rocket Propellant Feed Engineer at SEDS UCSD, Spandan specializes in simulation and design for rockets, utilizing Python and MATLAB for analysis and engineering ground station systems. As a Hardware Software Engineer at NanoMood Tech, Spandan led a team in developing cross-platform applications and integrating secure databases while conducting user experience research. Previous roles include serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant at ProMedica, developing mobile applications for FBLA-PBL, and contributing as a researcher at George Mason University on an International Baccalaureate project. Additional experience includes an internship focused on fluid dynamics modeling and technical documentation for autonomous underwater vehicles.
