Ilsé Cilliers

Ievgenii Lutsenko serves as the Secretary General at Ukraine Art since February 2016, focusing on the organization’s strategic and policy development alongside event coordination. Previously, Ievgenii held the position of Senior Information Technology Advisor at Altimate from 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included project coordination in the beauty industry and the dissemination of agile best practices. Additional roles include writing for Ukraine International Airlines' Panorama in-flight magazine, serving as a live TV presenter at Espreso.tv, and working as an IT Consultant for MCNEXT Groupe (Infeeny) from 2012 to 2015, developing applications for major companies. Earlier experience also includes software and data engineering at IT Craft, software quality assurance at NIX, and managing a distance learning platform at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics. Ievgenii holds multiple master's degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration, reflecting a strong academic background in decision-making and management.
