Naveen Shetty

Naveen Shetty is an experienced HR and Administration professional with a strong background in operations and facility management. Currently serving as HR/Admin Operations at Phos Medicore Pvt. Ltd since April 2015, Naveen is responsible for general administration, travel and hospitality management, and employee medical insurance. Prior to this, Naveen held the role of Senior Admin Executive-Operation for the South Zone at SEED Infotech Ltd. since June 2012, where responsibilities included coordinating travel for leadership, managing facilities and finance liaison, and organizing team events. Earlier, Naveen worked as an HR/Admin Executive at Confident Electronic Pvt. Ltd. from January 2008 to June 2011, performing similar administrative and operational duties. Naveen holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rajeev Gandhi College of Management, completed in 2007.
