Kristie Austin

Kristie Austin has been working as a Director at Pampered Chef since May 2011. Prior to that, Kristie held the title of HR Director at Northeast Iowa Community Action Corp. from May 2000 to March 2008. Kristie also served as the Transitional Housing Director at Helping Services for Northeast Iowa and currently holds the position of Head of HR at Seed Savers Exchange. Kristie achieved their MBA in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Upper Iowa University in 2010.
