Director Of Continuous Improvement at Seeding Success

Taylor DeMagistris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

In 2022, DeMagistris joined Seeding Success as the Director of Continuous Improvement. Prior to that, in 2019, they worked at MEM10 Consulting as the Managing Partner.

DeMagistris also worked as a Nonprofit Consultant on a freelance basis starting in 2017. During the same period, from 2017 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Green Dot Public Schools, including Regional Advancement Manager and Consultant.

In 2016, DeMagistris served on the Member Board of Directors at Kaleidoscope School of Memphis.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at the Memphis Education Fund as the Associate Director, Whole Child, where they managed grants and oversaw operations and finance. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, DeMagistris held the role of Operations and Special Projects at the same organization.

In 2014, DeMagistris worked as the Senior Executive Assistant/Project Manager at YES Prep Public Schools.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they served as the Grant Writer/Volunteer Coordinator at Orange County Rape Crisis.

From 2012 to 2013, DeMagistris worked as the Development and Advocacy Associate at the Center for Family Violence Prevention, where they managed grants and conducted trainings.

Their earliest documented work experience is from 2004 to 2011, when they held the position of Director of Operations and Finance at Carolina Fitness.

Taylor DeMagistris received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Community Services with a specialization in Family Studies from East Carolina University. This educational journey took place from 2007 to 2012. In May 2012, Taylor obtained a certification as a Certified Family Life Educator from the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR). Additionally, in April 2012, they obtained a certification in Child Sexual Abuse Prevention from Steward of Children. In March 2012, they also obtained a certification in Elder Abuse Prevention from Abuse in Later Life. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Taylor pursued an Executive Masters degree in Public Service at the Clinton School of Public Service.
