Valeria Ivasikh

Valeria Ivasikh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Valeria serves as Head of Legal - Product and previously held the position of Legal Manager - Product at SeedLegals since November 2020. Valeria is also a Specialist Reference Group Adviser (Tech & Digital) at CILEX since May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate at CIS LONDON & PARTNERS LLP from November 2014 to November 2020, focusing on venture deals, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, data governance, and GDPR compliance. Valeria's earlier roles include Senior Lawyer positions at Warner Music Russia and Gala Records, as well as a Lawyer role at Media Lawyers Collegium. Valeria's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Law from UCL and a Specialist Degree in International Information Law from the Russian State University for the Humanities.
