Animisha Sanchana

Animisha Sanchana has a diverse work experience spanning across various domains. Animisha started their career as a guidance counselor at Lodestar Career Guidance in November 2016. Later, they worked as an intern at Sigma Security Services, Envoy Mortgage, and the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Co-Founder of Mud & Mettel Crossfit Box and also served as an NSRCEL Social Ventures Incubation Program consultant at NSRCEL from April 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Launchpad Program consultant at NSRCEL Social in 2020. In 2019, they became a strategy consultant at Solventure for about a year. From July 2020 to November 2020, they worked as head of business operations at Learning Expedition. In June 2021, they joined DLabs at the Indian School of Business and worked as a program manager till June 2022, after which they became the lead for programs. Animisha Sanchana's current role is in Seedstars as a Programs and Community Lead for Seedstars Academy from June 2023.

Animisha Sanchana completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Christ University, Bangalore in 2016 with a major in Psychology, Sociology, and English Literature. In 2015-2016, they earned a PG-Diploma in Life Skills from Enfold India. Animisha pursued their Master of Social Work degree in Human Resources Development from Christ University, Bangalore, which they completed in 2018. Along with their education, they have also received several certifications. Animisha obtained a certification in CSR Compliances from BlueSky Assurance in February 2021. In June 2019, Animisha earned a certification in Building and Managing Social Enterprises from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). Animisha also obtained certifications in Youth and Social Responsibility (2014), E-commerce (2013), and Corporate Soft Skills and Leadership Training (2013) from Christ University, Bangalore.
