Ouattara Douyeri Bessaleli has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and positions. In 2021, Bessaleli joined Sparkfire Marketing UK as a Digital Marketing Intern, where they provided strategic branding and brand consultancy, as well as content creation and graphic design for clients. Ouattara also worked as a Marketing Executive at Sparkfire Marketing UK, collaborating with the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.

In 2021, Bessaleli served as the Chief Executive Officer at 357 Corporation. Ouattara also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Classic Optic from 2021 to 2023, where they guided and positioned the brand as the top optical provider in Rwanda, implemented successful digital marketing strategies, and increased sales and brand awareness.

Bessaleli joined The Room in 2022, first as a Project Management Intern, overseeing a digital learning program for 100 participants in Cote d'Ivoire. Ouattara then became a Program and Operations Fellow, involved in the program and operations of the organization.

Currently, Bessaleli is working at Seedstars as an Operations and M&E Analyst, where they are responsible for analyzing operations and providing monitoring and evaluation support.

Ouattara Douyeri Bessaleli started their education at LYCEE SCIENTIFIQUE DE YAMOUSSOUKRO from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Baccalaureat serie Scientifique with a focus on Maths, Chemistry, Physics, French, English, and Spanish. From 2017 to 2020, they attended The African Leadership University and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade.
