Ruba Nemekh

Ruba Nemekh has extensive experience in various roles across different companies. Starting in 2013, they worked as an International Marketing Manager at GOYAL READYTEX PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2013 and 2014, they held leadership positions at AIESEC, where they produced and led profitable events and developed a recruitment and education system. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Digital Marketing Manager at AppGeneration, focusing on launching mobile apps in new markets and implementing growth strategies. In 2016, Ruba founded Cowork Buzz, organizing annual international conferences in the coworking and coliving industry. Also in 2016, they became an Advising Partner at Porto i/o, later becoming the Chief Executive Officer and leading the company's growth and community building efforts. Ruba joined Seedstars as a Business Mentor and EiR in 2021, supporting startups with mentorship. From 2021 to present, they have served as a Specialist-Mentor at X Genesis, guiding entrepreneurs on business model generation and opportunity canvas. Their current role is as a Creative Team Director at Elevate Their Marketing, where they oversee project management, creative concepts, and team management for a marketing agency specializing in serving female entrepreneurs.

Ruba Nemekh has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. Ruba later pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Brand-management from the same university, completing it in 2013.
