Luisa Izquierdo

Luisa Izquierdo currently serves as Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Seedtag, leading the people strategy during a period of rapid growth and geographical expansion across 17 countries. Luisa is also a member of the enClave de Personas Think Tank and an Associate Professor in the Master of Human Resources program at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Prior to Seedtag, Luisa held significant roles at Microsoft as Global Human Resources Director and HR Director for Spain and Portugal, as well as various HR leadership positions at Honeywell, including Global HR Director and HR Director for ISC Honeywell Turbo Technologies. Luisa's career began in human resources roles at Amena and Norconsult after internships at Carrefour. Luisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, alongside a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management specializing in Compensation and Benefits from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
