Lauren Cantoni

Lauren Cantoni has held a variety of roles in the financial services industry. Lauren began their career in 2003 as a Recruiting Team Assistant at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. where they acted as a project manager to capture recruiting information and created compensation illustrations for branch managers. Lauren then moved to the role of Continuing Education Coordinator in the Insurance Licensing and Annuity Operations department, where they completed renewal and continuing education process for thousands of licensed agents and created and maintained a database for thousands of financial advisor's state-required courses and exams. In 2008, they joined Wells Fargo Advisors as an Implementation Consultant for the Advanced FA Education Program Management and FA Integration & Growth departments. In this role, they provided professional development programs to guide advisors on understanding and implementing industry best practices, supported 30+ conferences a year, and facilitated 10-12 recruiting meetings each year for 125+ FA prospects and managers. In 2015, they joined SeedTime.com as the Business Operations Manager and currently serves as the Senior Editor for SeedTime (ChristianPF).

Lauren Cantoni's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, obtained between 2004 and 2006. Prior to this, they attended Saint Louis Community College and obtained an Associate of Business between 2003 and 2004. Lauren also attended Maryville University of Saint Louis between 2002 and 2003, studying Elementary Education and Teaching. Finally, Cantoni attended Cor Jesu Academy between 1998 and 2002.
