Shauna Itri

Shauna Itri is a partner at Seeger Weiss LLP, where since July 2019, Shauna has headed litigation teams in complex fraud cases across state and federal courts, with a nationwide focus on representing plaintiffs in class actions, antitrust matters, and cases related to patient harm. Prior to this role, Shauna served as a shareholder at Berger Montague from September 2005 to July 2019, advocating for whistleblowers in False Claims Act lawsuits and other claims related to tax and securities under the IRS and SEC whistleblower programs. Shauna's early experience also includes a legal internship at the Pennsylvania Health Law Project where outreach initiatives and health policy development were key responsibilities. Academic credentials include a dual BA in Human Biology and Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology from Stanford University, alongside a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
