Zachary Farkas

Technical Support Engineer at Seegrid

Zachary Farkas has built a solid foundation in technical support and customer advocacy, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from PennWest California. Zachary's career spans from an early role as a U-Tech Services Student Worker at California University of Pennsylvania, where technical support was provided to students and staff, to positions at EDMC as a Support Analyst I. At Pomeroy, Zachary progressed from an IT Support Analyst to Remote Desktop Support Level 2+, offering contracted IT services to Bayer North America. Since joining Seegrid in June 2019, Zachary has advanced through several roles, including Technical Support Engineer and Senior Customer Advocate, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and technical expertise.
