Roberto Pugliese

Roberto Pugliese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and software engineering, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Seeing Machines since October 2018. In this role, Roberto manages one of the company's largest projects, focusing on enhancing delivery success and improving technology processes. Previously, as a Technical Lead, Roberto successfully led the development of the FOVIO Chip, a pioneering technology in advanced eye-tracking. Prior experience includes leadership roles at QUEST Payment Systems as Embedded Team Lead, where Roberto improved software quality processes, and at Continental, where Roberto progressed from Software Engineer to Group Lead, fostering knowledge sharing through the creation of internal resources.
