Jay Ruether

Jay Ruether started their work experience in 2003 at Siemens, where they held various roles including Procurement Buyer, Commodity Manager, Head of Performance Controlling, and Head of Global FP&A and Product Cost Management. During their time at Siemens, they worked from October 2003 to September 2005 as a Procurement Buyer, from October 2005 to February 2013 as a Commodity Manager, from March 2013 to May 2016 as the Head of Performance Controlling, and from June 2016 to December 2019 as the Head of Global FP&A and Product Cost Management.

In 2021, Jay Ruether joined Seek as the VP Head of Finance.

Jay Ruether began their education at Lycée Chateaubriand de Rome, where they completed their Junior High School education from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they attended Lycée Pasteur de São Paulo, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1988 to 1994 in the French International Program. After completing their secondary education, Jay enrolled at the University of Strasbourg from 1995 to 1998. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Finally, Jay went on to attend Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Masters Degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General.
