Mike Merkatoris is a seasoned professional in the field of technical staffing, currently serving as a Senior Engineering & Technical Recruiter at SEEK Professionals, LLC since September 2016. As a co-founder of The Waterstone Group, Mike leads the Northeastern Wisconsin sales and recruiting team and has successfully placed thousands of professionals across diverse industries. Prior to SEEK Professionals, Mike co-founded The Waterstone Group in 1994, where a passion for fostering lasting relationships and contributing to organizational growth flourished. Mike holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
