Mithra Weerakoon

Mithra Weerakoon has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and firmware development. Mithra currently holds the position of Senior Firmware Engineer at SeekOps Inc. since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a System Software Developer at Microchip from March 2018 to December 2018. Mithra also served as a Software Systems Engineer at Hunt Oil Company/Motive Drilling Technologies from August 2015 to March 2018, and at Hunt Oil Company from June 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, they have worked as a System Software Engineer at Texas Instruments from April 2011 to April 2013. Mithra started their career at Motorola in 1994, where they worked as an Applications Engineer in Digital Signal Processing. Mithra then held positions as a Sr Applications Engineer at Cirrus Logic from 2001 to 2004 and at Freescale Semiconductor from 2005 to 2009.

Mithra Weerakoon completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Wichita State University from 1990 to 1994.
