India Barrows

India Barrows has extensive experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Coordinator of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at SEEM Collaborative since September 2021. Prior roles include Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Assistant Director of Diversity & Inclusion at New England College from July 2017 to July 2021, and Student Athlete Welfare Coordinator at Merrimack College from August 2016 to May 2017. India began a career in multicultural engagement as an intern at Saint Anselm College's Multicultural Center and Admissions from October 2012 to May 2016. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Símbolo Ingenio Creativo. India holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Saint Anselm College and a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Merrimack College.
