Marius Tungesvik

Marius Tungesvik's work experience starts in 2014 when they worked as a Squad Leader and Instructor in Marius'sMajesty The King's Guard until 2015. In 2012, they became a Salesperson at KIWI minipris where they focused on customer service, HRM, and organizational culture until 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Student Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School, primarily responsible for recruitment, employer branding, and customer service. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Ernst & Young until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they joined Amby as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Operations Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Intern. In 2022, they started working as a Sales Enablement Director at SEEN, a Norwegian MarTech company specializing in data-driven video and hyper-relevant communication.

Marius Tungesvik completed their education history with a Master's of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Agder (UiA) in 2018. In January 2020, Marius also obtained certifications in Module 1 and 2: Ability and Personality Tests from cut-e, an Aon company.
