Veronica Vives is the current Director of Customer Experience at Seen since November 2021. Prior to this role, she held the same position at Snap Finance from November 2015 to December 2023. With over a decade of experience in customer service management, Veronica also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 2005 to July 2015 in various service desk roles. She holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Hispanoamericana earned between 2002-2006.
