Tammy Martin

Tammy leads the company’s worldwide financial and accounting operations, including investor relations.

She brings over 20 years of experience drawn from public, private, venture, and PE-backed technology firms, engaged in software development, healthcare information technology, and life sciences.

Prior to joining Seeq, Tammy formed CFO Strategic Advisors, where she provided fractional CFO services to fast-growing high technology firms. Before this, she served as the CFO at Lighthouse Computer Services, where she led the firm’s financial and operational strategies, including M&A activities. Tammy has been instrumental in leading sell-side transactions to enChoice Technologies, United Health Group, and IBM. On the buy-side, Tammy led the acquisitions of Creative Computing, Acumetrics, and Good Dog Labs. Tammy also held roles as Corporate Controller at QualityMetric and Computer Associates, Inc. She was the Director of IT Finance and Administration within the IT department at United Natural Foods, Inc. Tammy began her career with a Providence, RI-based CPA firm.

Tammy holds an MBA from Bryant University, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a member of Financial Executives International and the High Tech Financial Executives Networking Group.
