Michael di Felice

Michael Di Felice started their work experience in 2010 at AJB Software Design Inc. as a Support Analyst and Software Developer. Michael proposed and built an in-house automation tool for support ticket allocation during their co-op placement.

In 2011, Michael worked as a Software Developer at MANTECH INC. Michael'srole involved supporting a lead developer in the development of an automated titration unit using Delphi (Pascal).

From 2012 to 2013, Michael returned to AJB Software Design Inc. as a Support Analyst, primarily troubleshooting merchant POS issues and gaining knowledge of PCI and PA-DSS standards.

In 2013, Michael joined Verifone as a Software Developer and eventually became a Software Development Manager in 2017. Michael retained development responsibilities while also taking on managerial and oversight duties. Michael implemented reporting on team and department metrics using Python and developed a functional testing framework using C# for automated testing.

Since 2019, Michael has been working at Seequent as a Senior Software Developer and more recently as a Lead Software Developer. Michael has been primarily involved in the development of the company's geological modeling applications using C#, C++, and Python.

Overall, Michael has a diverse background in software development, specifically in the fintech and geoscience industries. Michael has demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, and Delphi (Pascal), as well as experience in project management and automation.

Michael Di Felice attended the University of Guelph from 2008 to 2012, where they completed a Bachelor of Computing degree with a focus on Computer Science.
