Mel (Milne) Crouch

Mel Crouch has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1982 at Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp., where they held multiple roles including VP, Director of Manufacturing Operations and VP of Manufacturing. Mel's responsibilities included managing manufacturing operations, improving quality, reducing costs, and implementing processes and procedures. In 2005, Mel joined MTC Management Corp. as President/Owner until 2009. They then joined Seer Technology as Director of Engineering, where they currently work.

Mel Crouch attended the University of Utah from 1975 to 1978, studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. During this period, Mel did not obtain a degree. Following that, from 1978 to 1980, Mel attended Salt Lake Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronics. Furthermore, in December 2018, Mel obtained a certification in "Giving Your Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn.
