Alphonse Semaan

Alphonse Semaan has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Alphonse currently works as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Team Lead at Seera Group, where they have led development teams and delivered software solutions using Java and PHP. Before joining Seera Group, they worked as the Head of Engineering and Software Engineering Manager at NEARBUY GROUP, where they built the IT team and aligned technology with the company's vision. Alphonse also co-founded and served as the CTO at GoSnash, a data-driven startup in the UAE, where they built and managed an IT team and developed the platform using PHP, MongoDB, and MySQL. Alphonse has also worked as a Software Engineer at CME Offshore, where they contributed to various projects using C#, .Net, and PHP, and as a Mobile Engineer and Senior Web Engineer at PARAVISION GROUP, where they worked on website development and search engine optimization. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in technical leadership, team management, software architecture, and product development.

Alphonse Semaan completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of the People in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering from ISAE Cnam Liban between 2008 and 2014. Alphonse also completed their Baccalaureate II in Sciences de la Vie from Collège St. Georges from 2003 to 2006.
