Brad Swingruber

Brad Swingruber currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Seertech Solutions since December 2024, contributing to a global company dedicated to enhancing workforce capability through its Learning Enablement Platform. Previously, Swingruber held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Xyleme, Inc., overseeing a centralized platform for learning and training content management from June 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, Swingruber was SVP of Sales at Upshop, leading initiatives for FreshIQ™, a comprehensive Fresh Item Management software suite, from July 2019 to June 2021. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales and Southeast Regional Director at talentReef, providing cloud-based talent management solutions, and as a consultant for Human Capital Management at ADP. Earlier in Swingruber's career, a position as Named Account Executive was held at Konica Minolta Business Solutions. Brad Swingruber earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Emory University and participated in an international program focusing on Spanish at EF in 2006.
