Sunandita Sarker

Sunandita Sarker is currently a Post-doctoral associate at the University of Maryland since November 2021 and serves as a Research Assistant at SeeTrue Technology, LLC, focusing on the design and fabrication of novel microneedle technologies. Prior experience includes teaching as a Course Instructor in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at the University of Nebraska Lincoln and working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Terry Research Lab. Sarker held the position of Equipment Manager at the Nano-Engineering Research Core Facility, overseeing maintenance and user training for advanced 3D printing equipment. Previous roles include a Graduate Teaching Assistant and leadership positions as Vice President of the Greater Rangpur Students’ Welfare Association and Treasurer of the Central Cultural Club at BUET. Sarker completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BUET. An internship at Renata Limited provided practical experience in industrial maintenance and management.
