Aleksandra Delenko

Aleksandra Delenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and executive support. Currently serving as the PMO Manager for the Business Transformational Programme at SEFE Energy, Aleksandra leads the development of a new PMO, establishes strategic directions, and enhances service efficiencies across multiple countries. Previous roles at SEFE Energy include Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO, where Aleksandra successfully implemented strategic initiatives to improve decision-making and organizational capacity. Earlier positions at Ricardo and Henry Schein involved providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership, while ensuring operational effectiveness and contributing to key projects. Aleksandra holds a PGCert in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pacific State University of Economics, and a BA in Psychology from Macquarie University.
