Jane Guinan

Jane Guinan is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Resourcing Partner at SEFE Energy since August 2022, Jane previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Essity from June 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Jane worked at Electricity North West for eight years, where responsibilities included managing an internal recruitment team and handling a significant volume of recruitment across various specialties. Jane's earlier roles include positions at the British Council, North-West Regional Development Agency, and Citi, where a strong foundation in HR generalist functions and resourcing activities was established.
