Quinn Reifmesser

Head, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, Data & Research at SEforALL

Quinn Reifmesser is a dual citizen of Canada and Ireland, leading the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) – Data and Research programme and team. Based in the Vienna office, her role focuses on developing and implementing a new MEL Strategy and Framework across the organization, supporting the CEO’s vision and all internal and external programmes.

Quinn has over 15 years’ experience developing, managing and monitoring public, private partnerships and has done so working in the public sector, private sector and international development organizations, focused on sustainable development for the last ten years.

Before joining SEforALL, Quinn was Head of Impact and Learning, as well as Head of Operations and MEL for the Private Financing Advisory Network at REEEP – while serving as a senior advisor on the Strategy Team.

Prior to moving into sustainable development and MEL, Quinn worked for the Ministry of Finance, Canada, and IBM, managing both sides of this IT focused public-private partnership.

Quinn holds a Master’s degree in Science, International Development Practice from Trinity University, Dublin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from the University of Victoria, Canada. Quinn is formally trained as a Project Manager and Change Manager through IBM Canada.

Outside of work, Quinn enjoys time with her family, cooking, gardening, yoga, running and travel.
