Alaine de Leon has a strong background in the gaming industry, with over 20 years of experience. Alaine most recently served as the VP of Sales and Digital Strategy at Sega of America, Inc. Prior to that, they held various roles at Konami Digital Entertainment, including Sr. Director of Digital Business, Director of Digital Distribution, Director of Operations, and Director of Sales Support and Operations. Before joining Konami, Alaine worked as a Sales and Operations Manager at Square Enix, where they coordinated external sales representatives and led channel marketing plans for national accounts.

Alaine de Leon has earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
