Clarence Foster has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in reputable organizations. Clarence began their career as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix, teaching both undergraduate and graduate level Human Resources classes. During this time, they focused on topics such as diversity/inclusion, employee engagement, compliance, training, risk management, and merger/acquisition. Seeking to help students advance their careers, their goal was to guide them to eventually become Vice Presidents of Human Resources.
After their time in academia, Foster joined Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they played a crucial role in managing the HR department. Clarence then moved on to the Nissan Motor Corporation, where they continued to excel as the Vice President of Human Resources.
In 2017, Foster transitioned to MedMen, a cannabis company, as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, they focused on developing and implementing human resources strategies to support the company's growth and success. Their tenure at MedMen lasted until 2022.
Currently, Foster serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sega of America, Inc., the American arm of Sega Corporation. In this position, they contribute to the company's innovative interactive entertainment experiences for various platforms.

Clarence Foster obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Kentucky State University from 1986 to 1991. Clarence later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 1995 to 1999.
