Erza Shinta Faradia

Erza Shinta Faradia currently serves as an Associate Category Manager Sourcing for Poultry & Protein at Segari since September 2021. Prior to this role, Erza held the position of Assistant Store Leader at PT Lion Super Indo from December 2018 to July 2021, overseeing store operations, employee development, and customer satisfaction while adhering to core values. Earlier experience includes serving as a Management Trainee at PT Lion Super Indo, where Erza gained comprehensive knowledge in various operational aspects of the grocery business.
