Claus Rode

Claus Rode has extensive work experience in business development and sales management roles. Claus is currently the Director of Business Development at SEGES Innovation since August 2022. Previously, they worked at LINAK A/S starting in 2004, where they held various positions including Business Development Manager - Medline / Careline from January 2015 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing LINAK markets through market research, workshops, and project management. Claus also implemented an Idea Management System for the LINAK Group. Claus Rode also worked as a Partner and Sales & Marketing Manager at Lederindsigt Aps from January 2012 to January 2013. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Manager at LINAK Danmark A/S from March 2007 to January 2011. Claus started their career at LINAK US Inc as a Sales Manager in May 1996 and played a significant role in the company's growth and expansion. From 1999 to 2002, Claus Rode was responsible for opening and running the LINAK West Coast office in San Diego, California.

Claus Rode completed their Diploma in Specialized Business Studies at Aarhus Business College from 1994 to 1995. In 2007, they participated in DI's Innovationsuddannelse program at the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI). From 1992 to 1994, Claus Rode pursued a Diploma in Specialized Business Studies at Aalborg Handelsskole. Earlier in their education, they completed an AP Graduate in Production Technology/ Maskintekniker at UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole, studying from 1986 to 1993.
