Executive Director Of Innovation at SEGES

Lisbeth Henricksen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as a Board Member at AgriFoodTure, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at Food & Bio Cluster Denmark from 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Lisbeth worked at SEGES Innovation, first as the Executive Director of Innovation and then as a Specialized Senior Manager in the department Livestock Innovation. In these roles, they were involved in developing and innovating new knowledge, tools, and products for farmers, with a specific focus on areas such as dairy, pigs, arable, climate and sustainability, economics, and management.

Before joining SEGES Innovation, Lisbeth worked at Foreningen af Danske Svinekonsulenter (FaDS) where they served as the Chairman from 2015 to 2018.

Lisbeth also held the position of Head of Department for Farm Animals, Environment, and Law at Patriotisk Selskab from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they managed consultants and provided consultancy services to larger farming businesses in areas including environmental, land, legal matters, forestry, protected habitats, and pig production.

Earlier in their career, Lisbeth worked at AHDB - Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Knowledge Transfer Lead Manager for BPEX (now AHDB Pork) and managed the Knowledge Transfer team. Prior to that, they were the Knowledge Transfer Manager for the North of England and Yorkshire, advising pig producers on practical production, management, systems, health, and nutrition.

Lisbeth's work experience also includes a research assistant role at Newcastle University from 2004 to 2006.

Lisbeth Henricksen completed their Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole from the years 2000 to 2006. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued further education in the field of Service Excellence - Chefakademiet (SECA) from CBS Executive Fonden.
