Ekaterina Svetenkova

Ekaterina Svetenkova is an experienced professional in organizational development and internal communications, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and Internal Communications at Segezha Group since 2015. Prior to this role, Ekaterina held various positions at Ilim Group from 2011 to 2014, focusing on enhancing organizational design and employee engagement initiatives.
