Cailin Hardell

Cailin Hardell is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Project Manager at On the Goga, starting in March 2024. Cailin co-founded Segmed, Inc. in January 2019, where the role as Cofounder/Advisor to the CEO includes leading the development of a pioneering data platform for medical AI research, achieving significant growth milestones. Previous experience includes positions at Fulcrum Ventures as Program Director & Founder Coach and at Techstars in Founder Support & Growth. Earlier roles at Verily and Stanford's Byers Center for Biodesign provided a strong foundation in product management and innovation in healthcare. Cailin holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Stanford University, a Mind Body Coaching Certificate, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami.
