Clayton Holcomb

Clayton Holcomb is a construction manager for fiber to the cell at Segra since April 2019. Before that, Clayton worked as a fiber optic splicer at ACP Communications from November 2019 to April 2020, and at Utilis from February 2019 to November 2019, both involving dark fiber splicing for Spirit Communications.
