Robin D.

Robin D. has extensive work experience in the legal field. They began their career at Jones Day as a Corporate Associate, where they provided advice on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs. They then moved to AT&T/SBC, where they served as a Commercial and Marketing Counsel and later as a Commercial and Regulatory Attorney. In these roles, they negotiated contracts with commercial customers and supported regulatory teams in developing strategies and advising on state regulatory laws. Robin D. then joined Cox Communications, Inc. as an Assistant General Counsel, where they served as the chief legal counsel for the residential marketing and sales organization. They also negotiated strategic contracts and sponsorship deals with various sports teams and corporations. After Cox Communications, Robin D. transitioned to Cox Enterprises, where they held the position of Asst. Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate Secretary. In this role, they led the commercial contracts/operations legal team and negotiated complex contracts for various divisions within the company. Most recently, Robin D. joined Segra as the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. In this position, they are responsible for corporate governance matters, board management, and overseeing compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity efforts.

Robin D. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bradley University between 1983 and 1987. Following that, Robin pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Corporate Law at Harvard Law School from 1987 to 1990.
