Thomas Heal

Thomas Heal is a seasoned professional in building surveying, currently serving as Technical Development Manager at SEGRO plc since January 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Senior Building Surveyor at CS2 Chartered Surveyors from November 2019 to January 2023. Thomas gained extensive experience at Arcadis from September 2014 to November 2019, progressing from Graduate Building Surveyor to Senior Consultant (Chartered Building Surveyor). Thomas began their career as a Year Out Building Surveyor at EC Harris in 2012. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England, earned between 2010 and 2014.
