Ed Austin

Ed Austin has a long and varied work experience in the retail industry. Ed began their career in 1998 as an Account Manager for BT Expedite, where they were responsible for new and existing business sales of software and service solutions. Ed was promoted to Business Unit Manager in 2004, and was responsible for the growth of a £3m business unit. In 2005, they joined IRISYS (a Fluke / Danaher company) as International Sales Director, where they were responsible for the growth of a £7.5m business unit. After taking a sabbatical in 2004, they joined Redbox Mobile Plc as a Consultant in 2015. Ed then moved to RNF Digital Innovation Ltd in the same year, where they were Head of Business Development. In 2018, they joined TruRating as Sales Director, and currently holds the role of Director at Segura since 2022.

Ed Austin completed their BSc in Architectural Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff between 1990 and 1995.
