Juan García

Juan García's work experience starts with their current role as Co-Founder at Tuio, which they began in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of New Ventures at Orange España from September 2018 to April 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Manager (Principal) at Monitor Deloitte from September 2017 to September 2018, and a Manager at the same company from December 2013 to September 2017. Juan also worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger from October 2012 to December 2013, where they were involved in various technology, media, and telecommunications projects. Juan's earlier experience includes working as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco from August 2008 to May 2011, and as a Technical Support Engineer at Ipanema Technologies (now part of InfoVista) from November 2007 to July 2008.

From 2001 to 2007, Juan attended Universidad de Oviedo, where they earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in Networking.

In 2006 and 2007, Juan completed their Master's Thesis at Linköping University, focusing on All Optical Networks.

From 2011 to 2013, Juan attended China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management.

In 2012 and 2013, Juan also studied at the London Business School, earning another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management.

In terms of certifications, Juan has completed various courses and programs. Juan obtained the fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google in January 2021. In December 2020, they completed the Venture capital y análisis de startups program offered by IBVS. In February 2017, Juan obtained certifications in Design kit: The course for human-centered design from IDEO.org, Design thinking for innovation from Coursera, and Scrum manager Experto from Scrum Manager. In January 2010, they received the Becarios Fundación ”la Caixa” certification from Fundación ”la Caixa”. Lastly, in January 2021, Juan obtained the Google analytics individual qualification certification from Google.
