Masatsugu Ishino

Masatsugu Ishino currently serves as a Manager in the DX Marketing Strategy Department at Seibu Holdings Inc., starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Masatsugu held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Scopely from January 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading digital marketing efforts for game titles and collaborating with various teams across international offices. Masatsugu has also worked as the Corporate Public Relations Team Leader at NEXON Co., Ltd., focusing on corporate communication and media relations. Previous experience includes a long tenure at The Walt Disney Company as a Marketing Manager/Producer, along with roles at DAIKO Advertising Inc., Ogilvy & Mather, and Dentsu, Young and Rubicam, where Masatsugu developed marketing strategies, managed campaigns, and engaged in public relations for prominent clients. Masatsugu earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and the Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
